7 - Yup. The Holiday Inn has not been redecorated. The only change is that we're all soooo much older.

The Bin Burger is still considered a biohazard in most european states. Thank god for Club Sandwiches.

And as for helping them move to exchange ? Well, I cant comment directly, but if I were in their shoes, I'd start attending church and praying a *lot* harder..

8 - Remember there are only two items on the Bin menu that are not pre-cooked and frozen for reheating later. (Your late night tour of the kitchen warned me of this...). Those items that have to be made fresh are:
1. The aforementioned Club Sandwich
2. The omelette

How many of those can you eat in a 3 year project? No wonder you think that Yokohamas is foodie heaven. You just like it because they let you throw things.
