The KLM WebSite. Again


Oddly enough, here we go again with a masterclass in what not to do. This time, during payment, I get this. What does it mean ? What can I do? And rest assured that there's no way on earth that I'm contacting the KLM service center. Sigh. If only there was an alternative carrier between myself and work, or perhaps a large catapult...

Oddly enough, last time I did this, someone submitted it to the KLM service center helpdesk as a trouble ticket, where an increasingly heated and bizarre email exchange occurred. They claimed that if I got rid of cookies, etc, it would work, and I asserted that since I actually knew how these things worked, that this would not make a blind bit of difference. Confusion reigned.
